Steve Steeb, Owner, Steve Steeb Service, Inc., Ann Arbor, MI
I remember hanging around the family small-town Dodge dealership while growing up helping my Grandpa with cleaning tasks until I was old enough to help work on cars. Between my automotive sixth-sense, what I learned watching the mechanics work in my youth, the knowledge I gained in high school auto shop class and the practice I acquired keeping my own cars running, I was quickly given a job as a mechanic at a service station. Twenty-some years later I have sold parts, been a counterman, owned a tool truck and worked as a mechanic for a handful of shops and decided I really needed my own place so I could better micro-manage the entire process. Seems to be working, so far so good.
